Private Clients

A more personal approach.

Private Client status is recognition by the House, granted through individual review—not a public spending tier.

Discreet access

Selected opportunities may be shared privately when they are relevant to a client.

Human relationship

Sourcing requests and important decisions remain personal, considered and human-led.

Deliberate review

Status is granted individually and does not guarantee every service or opportunity.

Some collectors want more than a website. They want a first look, a considered opinion, and someone who remembers what they collect.

Private Clients is that relationship. It is small by design, and it is not something the House sells.

What it involves

  • Early sight of objects before they are listed publicly.
  • A direct line to Client Services for questions, condition detail and enquiry-only objects.
  • Help sourcing a specific object, where the House can do it honestly.
  • Discretion as a default. The House does not discuss its clients, and it does not name buyers or sellers.

Private Clients is a relationship, not a tier bought with spending. Nothing about it changes the price of an object, and no benefit is promised that depends on how much a client spends.

Not open yet

The House is not accepting applications at this time. When it opens, membership will be reviewed individually, and the House will say yes or no rather than leaving an application unanswered.

Until then, Client Services answers every enquiry from every visitor at support@covahouse.com. Nothing on this site requires membership to buy.

Private Client status is extended by the House, by individual review rather than by application. Client Services answers every enquiry in the meantime.
